I really want the GameMode HCF (HardCore Factions.)

HCF Is a kind of factions but then much harder.

If you add this gamemode, I really think that more people will come and play on the server.

    Here is a guide:

    ---------------------
    What is HCF?
    ---------------------
HCF or Hardcore Factions is a more intense version of the popular gamemode, Factions. HCF is a Pvp based gamemode, this means that the goal is to kill players and to be the greatest! HCF does not include /spawn or /sethome either. To get to spawn you must run there or go through the nether or end. When you first join an HCF server you will have something called a "Pvp Timer". This means that nobody can hurt/kill you, but it also means that you cannot enter another factions claim. To claim a base you must run atleast 1000 blocks out from spawn. To claim you first must create a faction, which can be done by simply executing the normal factions command /f create. To claim you use the command /f claim and you will get something called a "Claiming wand. To claim you right click one block and left click another and the Shift right click to buy the claim. Yes, claims cost money based on how big you make them. The most key feature to HCF is the way of raiding. To raid in HCF you must lower a factions DTR to 0.0 or lower. DTR? You ask. DTR means "Deaths till Raidable". Once a factions DTR goes below 0 then you are able to break blocks , open chests, and Raid a base.

KOTHS - Koths are events most power factions participate in. A player must stay in the designated KOTH area for 15 minutes. After a KOTH is capped, the faction recieves a price.
    ---------------------------------
    Crowbars/Wrenches
    ---------------------------------

No, in HCF you cannot mine spawners with a Silk Touch Pickaxe. You have to buy something called a Crowbar/Wrench. These can be found at the shop and cost various amounts of money based on what server you are playing. To use a crowbar simply right click (Like opening a chest) and the spawner will drop onto the floor and will be able to be picked up.

    ------------
    Classes
    ------------

In Hardcore Faction there are 4 Special classes.

(You can choose what the name of the rank will be, this is just an example.)
    Miner
    - (Full Iron Armor) This class is used for mining. You get a bunch of potion effects that benefit your minng. Here are the list of all of them : Night Vision, Haste II, Fire Resistance, and sometimes speed! This
class can be used in combination with a Efficiency 5 Pickaxe in order to Insta-Mine!

(You can choose what the name of the rank will be, this is just an example.)
    Archer
    - (Full Leather Armor) This class is a PvP based class. Most factions use this class to walk long distances. This main purpose of this class is to be used during pvp as a support class. Simply shoot a player with an arrow from 10+ Blocks away. This will give the player you have shot an "Archer Tag" which will make them take more damage for a certain amount of time. Be Careful! Archers have low armor durability and can die easily! Archers Get permanent Speed 3 and Resistance. Archers also have a special ability! Simply Right Click sugar and gain a speed boost for a short amount of time!

(You can choose what the name of the rank will be, this is just an example.)
    Rogue
    - (Full Chainmail) This class is another PvP based Class. This class is a very sneaky class! Rogues can use golden swords to backstab a player! These backstabs can do HARSH damage to players and can change the way a faction is fighting! Rogues gain Speed 3 and Jumpboost!

(You can choose what the name of the rank will be, this is just an example.)
    Bard
    - (Full Gold Armor) This class is used as a support class in PvP. Bard has the ability to give players a variety of different effects by holding or clicking certain items. Here is a list of the most common bard items, and what they are used for
[] Blaze Powder - Holding, give strength 1 to Teamates, Click, Gives Strength 2
[] Sugar - Holding, Gives Speed 2 to Teamates, Click, Gives speed 3.
[] Feather - Holding, Gives Jumpboost 2-3, Click, Gives Jumpboost 4-5
[] Iron - Holding, Give Resistance 1, Click, Gives Resistance 2-3
[] Spider Eyes - Click, Give wither to you and to enemies (WARNING - DANGEROUS)

    ----------------
    Deathbans
    ----------------

Deathbans are a huge part of HCF. Deathbans occur when a player dies. The player is then unable to join HCF for a certain amount of given time. Players can purchase lives on the server's store to skip this deathban.

    --------------------
    Terminology
    --------------------

SOTW - Start of the World, term used for when a new Map of HCF Starts. Usually a term used around the first 1-3 Days

EOTW - End of the World, term used for when the current map Ends. A huge koth runs and the faction to capture usually wins a reward for the next map!

LFF - Looking for a Faction, used when a player wants to join a faction.

Kite - Running away from 1 or more players to your base or spawn (Safety)

Quick-Drop - Used when a player dies with more than a row of health potions in their inventory.

PearlBlock - Used when a player blocks another players pearl, eg. (A player enderpearls and another player stands in the way, hindering the player stuck in the one area.)

Power Faction - A faction that is full, consisting of good pvp'ers and has a lot of Wealth.

I've always had HCF in my mind for a suggestion to replace Factions since it will most likely won't progress anymore. There is a few other limits that players have when I've played on HCF. Like a grand cave to mine at (No-PvP). And the limit of armor being only Prot II. I always found HCF fun, but progresses very slowly in my opinion cause I'm lazy.

I think it simply wouldn't do well. Factions have reached its lowest point, so why would people be interested in an even slower paced faction server?

Factions in general lost it's popularity on 2 occasions. When the EULA changed which said that we can't give kits with enchantsments etc. (Because the EULA says you aren't allowed to give the donators advantage over the non donators) and when 1.9 PvP was introduced. So introducing this gamemode will likely not happen.

Already the server sells in game money for real money, kits for other servers and oh boy, /fly. I believe there are some more which i wont go into listing all. Apart from that 1.9 pvp is something that can be changed to 1.8, what i mean is for example the current factions still sticks to having a higher version with 1.8 pvp, this GM idea can be pure 1.8 you know with multiversion support.

I know it lost its popularity but what I can suggest is pure 1.8 for a game mode like this. I also question what would happen if current factions got roll backed to pure 1.8 (no just not 1.9+ wih 1.8 pvp) since looking at it now, i see no point it being around. How does the EULA affect current factions popularity by the way? Currently it provides kits anyway and rank perks like /craft. What really affected the popularity is the people who left, anyone remaining just got bored since there aren't anyone to go against.
